Front-step and porch railings
Our steel handrails for front steps are shop-built to our standard, and we set the posts into the concrete. One side is $1,195. Both sides are $2,095. HST is added where it applies.

The fixed prices apply when your photos show a standard layout. If the steps need something different, we tell you the price before any work starts.
What is included
- A round steel rail you can grip, with 2 or 3 posts.
- Posts set into holes we drill in the concrete and fill with grout.
- Rail extensions past the top and bottom steps.
- Black powder coat. Other colours are made to order.
- A load test on every post after the grout has set, and photos of the finished work with your invoice.
How we price from photos
Take one photo of the steps from the street on each side, one close photo of the concrete edge where a post would go, and one photo with a tape measure on a step. Tell us how many steps there are. If the concrete is cracked or the steps are brick on concrete, we may ask to visit first. Visits for railings are free.
