Tax credits and funding help
Some programs may help with the cost of this work. Each program decides who is eligible. We do not decide eligibility, and we cannot tell you what you will receive.
We give you a written quote and an itemized invoice that shows what the programs ask you to keep. For tax questions, ask your tax preparer.
Federal Home Accessibility Tax Credit
If you are 65 or older, or eligible for the disability tax credit, you or a family member may be able to claim this work under the federal Home Accessibility Tax Credit (line 31285). For 2026, eligible expenses are capped at $20,000 a year. The credit is non-refundable. The CRA decides what qualifies. Our invoice shows everything the CRA asks you to keep.
