We install corridor handrails, entrance railings and guards, washroom grab bars and ramps for property managers, condo boards, retirement residences, places of worship, non-profits and institutions.

We do not install lifts in condo common areas, retirement residences or other buildings that are not private homes. We refer that work to an elevating-device contractor registered with TSSA.
Quotes a board can read
- Each entrance, stair and washroom is priced on its own line.
- Each line is marked "replaces existing" or "new addition", so your board can see which budget applies.
- Permits are a separate line.
- Payment terms are set out in each quote.
