A home visit is to measure and quote. It is not a medical or occupational therapy visit.
Minimum job: $349. Any combination of items counts toward it.
Travel: no charge in the cities we serve (Markham, Richmond Hill and Burlington).
A written quote is valid for 30 days.
If the site is different from the photos (for example no studs where expected, hollow tile or cracked concrete), the installer tells you the new price before starting. Work goes ahead only if you agree in writing. If you say no, you owe nothing for that visit.
We do not discount below this list, and we do not offer "today only" prices.
Deposits and payment
Jobs under $1,000: no deposit. You pay when the work is done.
Jobs of $1,000 or more: a 25% deposit when you accept, and the balance when the work is done.
We accept e-Transfer, cheque made out to the company, debit and credit card. We do not add a card fee.
Your invoice shows our HST number and an itemized description of the work.
