About us

Rail & Landing installs grab bars, handrails, front-step railings and ramps in houses, and handrails, railings and grab bars in buildings.

Our steel railings are shop-built to our standard. Our crews set the railing posts into holes drilled in the concrete and fill them with grout.

We work in Markham, Richmond Hill and Burlington.

How quoting works

Send us photos with the photo quote form, by email or by text. We reply with a written price. We aim to reply within one business day. If we cannot tell from the photos, we offer a short video call or a home visit to measure. Nothing is booked until you accept the quote.

Our office answers weekday calls and books visits. Quotes are written in the evening and at weekends.

How we work with clients

• We speak with the person who lives in the home. A family member or anyone you trust is welcome at every visit.
• You get a written, itemized quote before any work. We never ask you to sign at the first visit for a job over $5,000.
• No "today only" prices.
• If you ask for something that will not help, we say so.
• Large-print quotes and contracts are available on request.
