For therapists and care agencies
We install grab bars, handrails, front-step railings and ramps to your written recommendation, at published prices, in Markham, Richmond Hill and Burlington.
We do not pay referral fees and we do not offer gifts for referrals. Your client can use any installer. We send you the install photos and measurements with your client's written consent.
How to refer a client
- Ask your client first. They must agree that you may share their contact details with us and that we may contact them.
- Send the form below, or call our office. Include what you recommend, and attach the written recommendation if you have one.
- We call your client, confirm the work and the price, and book the install.
- With your client's written consent, we send you photos and measurements of the finished work.
Please send only what we need to install the work. Do not send diagnoses or clinical reports. We use your written recommendation only to plan, quote, install and warrant the work it was sent for.
What we build to

| Stair handrails | 865 to 965 mm above the nosing line. Round rail 30 to 40 mm across, at least 50 mm clear of the wall. Brackets into studs or solid blocking at no more than 1.2 m centres. Returns at both ends. |
| Grab bars | 30 to 40 mm diameter. Fixed into studs, solid blocking or hollow-wall anchors rated for the load. Positions and heights from your written recommendation, or agreed with the client. |
| Front-step railings | Round steel rail, posts set into drilled holes in the concrete and grouted, extensions past the top and bottom steps. |
| Ramps | 1 in 12 or gentler for wheelchair users, at least 860 mm wide, level landings at the top and bottom, handrails on both sides, raised edges. |
| Load test | Every grab bar and handrail is tested with a calibrated gauge before we leave. Every railing post is tested after the grout has set. Each reading is recorded. |
Turnaround
- Written quotes from photos. We aim to reply within one business day.
- Home visits to measure are free for clients a clinic or agency refers.
- The written quote gives the install date or window.
Prices
Our full price list is on the prices page, which prints on two pages. Your client pays the same published price as anyone else. We do not add items beyond your recommendation.
